12 weeks to go!

Morning everyone! 12 weeks to go! If you are following our training programme this week you need to do: 5 minute brisk warm up walk, then 2 repetitions of the following: run for 90 seconds, walk for 90 seconds, run for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes. Do that 3 times this week!

13 weeks to go!

If you are following a training plan as a new runner, this week you should alternate 90 seconds of running and 2 minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Do that 3 times this week and don’t forget to warm up and cool down!
